1cupButterSoftened
½CupVegetable Oil
¼CupCoconut Oil
1 ¼CupGranulated Sugar250g
¾CupPowdered Sugar98g
5 ¼CupAll Purpose Flour630g
2EggsLarge
2tablespoonsMilk
1teaspoonVanilla Extract
½teaspoonBaking Soda
½teaspoonCream of Tartar
¾teaspoonSalt
Frosting
½cupButtersoftened
4ouncesCream Cheese
½cupCoconut Oil
4cupPowdered Sugar
¼cupHeavy Cream
2teaspoonsAlmond Extract*or Vanilla Extract

Instructions
Cream butter, Coconut Oil together and then add Vegetable Oil. Cream until light and fluffy about 3 minutes. Scrape sides of bowl down
Add granulated Sugar and Eggs. Whip until light and fluffy. Beat in milk
In a separate bowl combine Powdered Sugar, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, Salt, and Flour. Mix to combine.
Add flour mixture a little at a time until fully incorporated. The dough will be soft but not sticky.
Scoop dough using a medium-size #24 cookie scoop. Place 2 scoops, one on top of the other of cookie dough) on greased cookie sheet or parchment lined baking sheet.
Use the bottom of a Mason Jar or Glass and press cookie dough. Dip into sugar and repeat on all cookies.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool on pan for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack to cool completely.
Do not over bake cookies. Makes 32 cookies
Cream Cheese Frosting
Cream Softened Butter and Coconut Oil. Add Heavy Whipping Cream, Almond Extract and Powdered Sugar and Mix until fluffy. Mix in a few drops of Pink Food Coloring for color
