Pro Tips
Food Coloring. Use a Gel Color for a bright green color. Liquid drop food color can also work but will require more drops and can be difficult to achieve the bold bright colors you are looking for.Cookie Scoop. I have used a small cookie scoop in these photos because I like the size. Feel free to use any size cookie scoopGrinch's Heart. Wilton makes a larger heart sprinkle that I have used and can be found off Amazon or other Party Supply stores. A Red M&M candy also works well too.Kitchen Scales. Weighing ingredients is key to consistency. Adding too much or too little flour, sugar or other ingredients does make a huge difference. These cookies should be soft and tender. A little crispy on the edges and delicious.
