Servings: 30
Ingredients
- ½ cup Butter Softened
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour Heat-Treated 120g
- ¼ cup Granulated Sugar 50g
- ½ cup Brown Sugar 106g
- ⅔ cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- ½ cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Mini M&M Candy
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, cream the softened Butter with the Peanut Butter, Granulated Sugar, and Brown Sugar in a large bowl, until combined.
- Add the Vanilla Extract and stir to combine it with the creamy peanut butter mixture.
- Gradually incorporate the heat-treated All-Purpose Flour, Salt, and Old Fashioned Oats into the peanut butter mixture. Expect the mixture to be a bit dry and crumbly at this stage. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Milk at a time to the crumbly mixture until it forms a cookie dough texture and consistency. An additional tablespoon of Milk can be added to make the cookie dough more moist - you can adjust the amount of milk as you need to.
- Hand stir the mini chocolate chips and mini M&M chocolate candies into the cookie dough, reserving a few to press on top of the cookie scoops for presentation.
